The holiday which will be offered to you is ACCOMODATION ONLY in the chosen resort. This will be at the resort owned and operated by one of the largest Holiday clubs in the world. (Membership of over 335,000)
You, the purchaser shall be responsible for all other expenses incurred. i.e. travel, food, insurance, entertainment, car hire and spending money etc.
You will be attending the resort as guests of the members, who are Colin & Sue Gerrish, who are allowing you the use of this accommodation and facilities, entirely at your own risk. You will be issued with a guest certificate, which will enable you to enjoy the same facilities as the members.
The resort you will be staying at is a private holiday club, and as such has certain rules which may differ from other holiday resorts you may have visited. It is your responsibility to abide by all these rules during your stay.
As guests you are under no obligation to attend any sales presentations which may be held, or any other meetings, if you choose not to. As the club relies on its members purchasing or increasing their membership, it is very probable that an approach will be made by a representative at the resort, who will attempt to show you a presentation, including a discussion regarding cost, and encourage you to join. PLEASE RESIST THIS APPROACH and inform them that you are only guests and are not interested. The reasons for this are very simple.
You have not taken this holiday with the intention of discussing membership. You are there to relax!
If you do enjoy the holiday experience, and wish to know more about holiday club membership, it is to your advantage to discuss it with us, the members FIRST. So we can explain the workings and advantages you can have, in a relaxed environment, without any sales pressure.
Should you decide at a later stage that you wish to learn more, then as part of a membership referral scheme we, as members can introduce you to the club where you will be able to take advantage of a heavily subsidised promotional holiday. At this stage you would be able to participate in a full presentation where the current costs and advantages of club membership would be explained. Then and only then would we recommend that you make your decision, as to whether or not you wish to join.
Should you require assistance with booking flights, car hire, taxis, travel insurance etc. the club has its own travel department, which is ABTA bonded and we are able to use this on your behalf.
PAYMENT FOR YOUR HOLIDAY AND ANY OTHER SERVICES BOOKED MUST BE MADE IN FULL BY PAYPAL OR CHEQUE AT TIME OF RESERVATION. ALL CHEQUES SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO C.J. GERRISH
