Thank you all for coming to the meeting ColinwoodHouse TEAM this evening.

We discussed the past mentorship sessions to try and identify who were getting results and who were not.

One of our TEAM told us that they had taken a short break from Internet Marketing to try and focus on reasons for no response or sign ups to the programs etc that were being pushed.

The reasons behind ColinwoodHouse is that we are a TEAM and we can together focus our selves on the matter in hand, should someone feel that they are not getting anywhere with their own goals and ambition's, then we can all help by offering advice and most of all a shoulder. Do not sit on your thumbs and get disheartened, share your problems and we can all be disheartened together?

LOL Seriously, though you will feel alone and toothless in your marketing strategies, you can certainly achieve far more when you allow more heads to tackle the problems involved in your current demise, so come on TEAM, together we can make success work for us all. To that end I believe we should have a competition, it will be based on your own honesty, and integrity. First you look through your current lists of contacts in your address book. Second you seek out 20 contacts that you feel would be interested in working with you. Lastly using the Bait programs, write the first letter to these contacts individually, and wait for the replies. We will judge the replies in 2 different ways, by the number of replies in total from the 20 sent whether they are positive or negative. Plus we want to know how many positive replies you have. Remember the object of this effort is for you to get replies, each reply you receive is counted as a win, regardless because the list you are seeking responses from, have so far not responded at all. Therefore, any response positive or negative means that you have got your message opened! For the best result we will have a surprise bonus to give to you. So go out there and get the lists active from your address book,

Last week we spoke about making our lists and getting responses from our own downline and close address contacts, we learnt about the series of letters to form a bait to generate responses from your targeted lists.

 

Today I want top carry this theme forward to give you a fairly simple letter which should communicate to your responsive lists, and introduce them to the concept of Colinwood House TEAM as a concept to earning and learning from their Internet experience.

 

In many ways it's a lot like blowing your own TRUMPET, which is the title of tonight's session.

1. Study all email advertising material you receive via your mailbox You can get ad copy ideas by studying similar product's, collect their sales letters, classified ads, web ads, e-mail ads, etc.    

2. Know exactly what you want your ad copy to Accomplish, it could be to qualify prospects, make sales, generate leads, attract web traffic, etc.    

3. Make a complete list of your product's benefits and features. Begin your ad with the most important benefit either in your headline or first sentence.    

4. Make your ad benefits as specific as possible. Include exact numbers, percentages, times, colours, smells, sounds, descriptive adjectives, etc.    

5. List all the ways your product is different from your competitions. Include all the differences in your ad copy that are better than their product.    

6. Use graphics, pictures and drawings of people actually using your product to solve their problem. Include a picture that also shows the results.    

7. Make a list of your target audience. Write down what reasons would attract them to purchase your product. Include those reasons in your ad copy.    

8. Include, any proven facts in your ad copy. They could be customer surveys, scientific tests, product reviews, etc.    

9. Tell your audience what kind of support they'll get after they buy. It could be free consulting, tech support, free servicing, etc.    

10. Ask people at the end of your copy why they decided not to buy. This will give you new ideas on how to produce a more profitable ad copy.

"The Bait to Catch all Fish"

 Introduction to the Bait Program

 

Tonight I would like to talk to you about how and where, we need to be placing our emphasis.

The need to start getting the ColinWood House TEAM expanding and growing its membership.

As you remember the Power for 10 is the way in which you can build your own downline, by bringing 10 members into your line the costs of your GDI monthly cost's are met and as the 10 you bring in bring in their 10 you are already beginning to make a good regular income just from the new members and your GDI Downline.

So the first thing we need to start to think about, is where and how do we start to gain these 10 new members?

We should look first, closer to home. I am surprised at how many folk I talk to daily who ask me what I am doing and then say that they would love to do something like that.

The first thing you do with contacts like these is to give them your splash page url, or your email address and ask them to ask you formally, in that way you gain another email contact which you can revisit again with other possible ideas?

Personally I have never asked or tried to entice my close family to have a look at my business proposals, mainly because I would rather not use close family in this way, but I hear and speak to many who would think nothing about inviting close family into the same business as themselves!

However, there is perhaps for the majority of us another way to get contacts and possible new members, you will find these in your existing contacts and address list.

Now I am not saying that you should send them an invite right out as soon as you dig out the list from your archives, you need to decide which ones you know and have dealt with in the past or have dealt with you.

Sort the lists into groups of 20 max so if you have an old list of lets say 240 you would have 12 groups to sort out and get ready for the main theme of tonight's topic, which is incidentally

The Bait to Catch All FISH

This is a very simple intro to find out if the list you have will first respond and then you begin the baiting of the receptive contacts which begin to emerge.

You must always consider that the list and the contacts you are baiting will be thinking totally negatively to receiving any form of contact from you.

It's very natural for people to feel sceptical and somewhat aloof, from any new ideas or proposals that they receive out of the blue.

So before you begin if any of the contacts you have are contactable by phone and you have in the past spoken with them, then by all means call them and read the proposed letters you're about to view to them. After all said and done what's the worst thing anyone is going to say or do, probably says NO but quite often they will say YES.

When someone says NO to me I take it as another excuse to make them say YES! by asking them to rethink or to simply prove your idea wrong?

So let's start with the program for tonight's session, before we do start are there any questions.

Ok so here we go.

 

 

The Bait to catch the FISH Part1

 

This document is meant give you the internet entrepreneur a jump start on many others who seek the same as yourself.

 

To keep yourself one-step ahead, you have to sometimes think outside the box.

 

So, I believe we need to start our quest somewhat nearer to home, right in your own back yard.

 

No I do not necessarily mean your own close Family and friends.

 

However, the question should be asked and why not?

Why can't you introduce them to something that could make their lives better, show them a better standard of living, through Internet Business Marketing?

 

If you really know your family and friends well, you will know if they could, or would, be interested in a way to earn and learn.

 

For now let's leave them and concentrate on other areas, which can and will prove to be more productive.

 

Let's start as I said above in your own back yard!

 

How many contacts have you got in files and programs that you have not bothered with for many months, or years even? Go ahead and have a good look you will surprise yourself.

 

Make up a target list from these contacts and chuck in a few new ones if you want.

The sort of numbers that would work well, would be a list of between 20 and 80 Usually when I carry out this part of my research, I am always surprised at how many contacts that I have got hidden away, so I tend to make up lists of 25.

Set each list up with a name or number.

 

It's not a competition, but setting up lists in 25's to 40's will always go through most email providers without being capped.

Sending to these lists and if you do end up with quite a few, means it's easier to channel on a day by day basis.

Remember, we are not trying to mass mail; you are looking to re-acquaint yourself with contacts old and new.

Once you have set up your preferred list or list's, then you write to them. Starting with the first email below, remember the objective here is to try to gain a response from them?

 

So let's get cracking and make ourselves a good solid genuine list of Contacts, from which we can build our future customer and contact base on?

 

The Bait to catch the FISH Part 2 

 

This series of letters are the bait to create interest from your old Downlines and contacts, maybe you will get only 10% response, but this will certainly have better results than no response, as you may have had or come to expect from your past experience.

 

Read the messages below, fill in your name where appropriate and of course your email address.

Most of all you need to identify your proposed contact target by their Christian name. Place your targets First name in the Dear field.

"Struggling to get started on the Internet?"

So how many more times must we be the losers?

 

Like you I have suffered at the hands of the Internet Cheats, now I want to do something about it, what about you?

How many times have you sat down to your computer surf the Internet for that brilliant Money Making Opportunity?

We have both, like thousands of others, been looking and hoping each day, to find the Golden Fleece or other such wonderful sources of wealth.

Most probably, like everyone else, you certainly have been, well and truly fleeced. “Have you been sold a bunch of useless program's, book's or software products?”

Do you feel as if, you are throwing good money after bad?

These questions crop up every day, and it means many of us are being ripped off, by these so called guru's who portray to know everything there is to know about the Internet Marketing Scene, where in fact all they really know and care about is to take our money and run.

Many people like us believe that these millionaire marketers are in fact well-oiled corporate group's, who hide behind established individual names.

Then, they try and quite often, they succeed to make us believe that they are like us, recent arrivals to Internet Marketing.

They suggest that they have found a magic system, which they want you to buy. Obviously, at a much reduced price. Because, they have just invested $20,000 into this neat idea. “NOW!” you can have these brilliant products for just $97.00,

“Give us a break please!”

 

What is the answer?

Do not get misled

Or bamboozled by these people.

Can we in all reality, change this flock mentality?

 

In a word, “YES we can!”

"The Power Of A Sales Letter"

What do I mean by The Power of Sales Letters?

 

We all receive daily multitudes of email extolling this or that product as the finest and the best product yet to come our way, if we accept the email message and then click for interest and further information.

We open up probably the most Powerful item in that programs armoury, The Sales pitch is the most thought out and practised piece of writing you will ever see.

Similarly when you get the Phone call from a company who are trying to sign you up for some NEW and Technically superior product, they roll out the patter with out seemingly having the time to breath.

That reason is because they are quoting word for word very often from pre written scripts, these scripts have been worked on and each word is placed to gain the maximum effect and to create a positive result from you, the person using this form of sales patter is waiting to hear and pick up the buying signals and once he has those signals repeating themselves time and again, he hits you with the first of many closes, until he finally asks you to commit your credit card etc to confirm you're sale.

The same principles are used in the Sales letter, if you look at the Sales letter for most sites its longer than your front drive and hits you with not just the workings of the product or program time and time again, but throws out endless testimonials so that you begin to trust the writer and fall quietly into the close.

You mostly have not even bothered until later after you have signed up, realised what you have actually committed to, or you are so committed to what you have read, you are throwing everything and the Kitchen sink into the replication of what's been sold to you.

Good sales presentations are the backbone of all businesses, you need these tools and you need to have them working for you and not against you.

I look closely at what the sales letter as done to me how did I receive the mail and content how did it affect me and did I now recognise the selling points within that motivated me? Yes, well then next I copy it and store it then later I will try and adapt it to fit into my own niche so that it can do for me what it did for the program I copied it from.

The more you look at these Sales letters the better you see the route they take:

•  Create interest

•  Sow the seed for need

•  Cultivate the positive response

•  Use the Products leverage points

•  Bring the Prospects attention to the cost that will be required.

•  Unite the need for the product and the needs of the prospect make them one and same

•  The first close should be linked with Testimonials confirmed with payments and profits,

•  Further benefits and reasons why prospects should take advantage of the generous low costs with a short life expectancy before the inevitable rise?

•  Close with real costs now and limit the number of items available and show how many are already sold.

•  Last but not least, invite your new sale to invite their business friends to also view and see this wonderful opportunity.

GDI is the best marketing vehicle for us as a business TEAM, not only does it have the benefit of longevity having been around since 1999. GDI has in its membership hundreds of thousands of members, all earning at least a dollar per member each month.

An old adage creeps into my mind, from little acorns grow substantial Oak Trees, and from your powerful Team of 10 will grow substantial monthly income on a regular basis.

The TEAM of 10, was established to support and help each other, which will be the Master Blueprint for all other members who join our group " The Colinwood House TEAM."

You have no need to have had any experience in on line marketing or in fact have any business experience whatsoever. The real success for this project is YOU and your ability to replicate, you will be encouraged and shown how and what to do.

Belief in your own ability and the confidence to go forward when the going gets a little tough, remember when someone tells you NO they are in fact saying YES, yes to not joining you because the reasons you are giving are not enough to engineer a positive response from your contact. The real question you should first ask, is do you want to earn a substantial amount of money, for a few hours of your time each day Mon to Friday.

Why we use GDI as the vehicle for success and the simplicity of the program

Our team is one line, NO dual matrix system

The members you bring in under you ALL earn you money,

If anyone should leave your line, members below him or her become yours

You do not have to re qualify for commissions with numbers on different legs.

Each active member like you pays $10 per month to GDI

$5 of which goes to GDI to operate the domains and $5 goes to members, $1 on each of five levels.

This has worked since 1999 and is very successful

Our main aim is to help you to build your first level to TEN members as soon as you are able, so that your monthly investment is covered and you start to build a residual income.

Remember that during this period you could have a member who will develop your line for you, either from your up line moving their new members into your line or a down line member bringing in members.

To illustrate that point, I personally invited one member, who in turn brought in 43 members in 3 weeks.

Therefore, my income from that one member alone brings me in $44 per month and it grows as they build their down lines.

Building your team to a larger size must be your long-term goal, and to help you, we offer the team page, which you can use to promote our team, because, remember, this is the vehicle to develop your business. Whatever that may be.

Inviting people you know personally from your contact lists, will always work better than bulk e-mailing, they will be more receptive.

You can also take advantage of the Invite system in your GDI back office to get you started.

Once again as an example in my case, I sent out 75 invites from my business contacts list using the invite system and received three sign ups, ONE within 25 minutes.
